A 40-year-old woman was arrested early Wednesday, Oct. 1 after police said two men were attacked with a knife in Monroe.

Monroe police officers responded to reports of a woman armed with a knife in the 800 block of Harrison Street about 1:40 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered two men, both 50 years old. One had a "severe" laceration to his right leg, according to a release from the Monroe Public Safety Department, and the other had a puncture wound in his abdomen.
