Council has approved the County’s Five-Year Bridge and Paving programs, including several 2026 projects.

Three bridges are slated for replacement next year, including structures on Range Road 3-0 south of Centerview Road, Lakeside Sargent Road west of Range Road 25-0, and Range Road 25-2 south of Highway 11. Funding will come from the County’s bridge reserve and grants, if available.

The 2026 paving program will cover work in the Hamlet of Morningside, multiple sections of Milton Road, Old Milton Road, Clive North Access, Wilson’s Beach Access Road, Smythe Subdivision, Roth Subdivision, and Will/Vande Bunte Subdivision. Costs will be drawn from the paved road reserve.
