Subhash Ghai has finally addressed sexual assault allegations by actress Nehal Vadoliya. On Wednesday, the filmmaker issued a statement and called all such accusations against him ‘false’. He further slammed alleged ‘attempts to malign’ his image and threatened legal action, without naming Nehal.

“I want to make it clear that any individual attempting to malign my reputation or my companies and team members through false allegations will be held accountable under the law. Our legal team is prepared to take strict action against any such defamatory attempts," his statement read.
