Twin sisters Samantha Munoz and Samaire Munoz have been key contributors all season for the El Paso High School volleyball team.

The senior hitters were solid in leading the Tigers to a 25-17, 16-25, 25-23, 25-21 road win at Canutillo Tuesday night, Sept. 29

Both had big moments in critical junctures of the match. Samantha had three key kills in the deciding fourth set and Samaire had two kills. In the third set, Samaire had six kills and Samantha chipped in with three kills and a service ace.

The win for the Tigers pushed their District 1-5A record to 5-0 and EPHS has been clutch in close matches. In addition to its four-set win on Tuesday, El Paso High defeated Chapin, Jefferson and Burges in five sets.
