NFL chiefs have announced a major broadcasting change with the Packers-Lions Thanksgiving game to be shown for FREE.

Fans are looking forward to tuning in for the epic clash between Green Bay and Detroit in November.

The traditional NFL encounter on one of the year’s biggest days is always a must-watch.

But the Thanksgiving game will have a very different look about it.

That’s because it will be streamed live on Tubi.

The free ad-supported service, which requires no form of authentication or paid subscription, is owned by Fox.

And it was only launched earlier this year for Super Bowl LIX.

According to reports, Tubi brought in a streaming audience of 13.6million viewers.

That made it the most streamed Super Bowl in history, with the Philadelphia Eagles’ win over the Kansas C
