Flipped box truck causes slowing on eastbound I

SPOKANE, Wash. -- A crash is blocking traffic on I-90 west of Spokane, and drivers should expect delays.

Traffic cameras show a box truck flipped on the right-hand side of eastbound I-90 near the Garden Springs exit.

Traffic is slow through the area and drivers are advised to watch out for emergency vehicles.
