GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - An organization dedicated to people with disabilities having a chance in the workforce is celebrating two big milestones this October.

Eastern Carolina Vocational Center, Inc., or ECVC, is joining other organizations across the county in recognizing October as National Disability Employment Awareness Month. This year’s theme is “Celebrating Value and Talent.”

ECVC said that since the organization’s establishment in 1965, this month’s cause has been their year-long mission.
