Daytime playoff baseball is in store this weekend for Toronto fans.
The Blue Jays will host either the Boston Red Sox or the New York Yankees in the American League Division Series this weekend at Rogers Centre, and the broadcast schedule has the first two games starting in the afternoon.
If Boston advances, the first pitch for Game 1 of the ALDS will be at 1:08 p.m. Saturday. If it’s New York, that game will start at 4:08 p.m.
Game 2 on Sunday will start at 4:08 p.m. regardless of who plays Toronto.
Toronto won the American League East division and awaits the winner of the wild-card series. Boston beat New York Tuesday to take a 1-0 lead, with Game 2 taking place Wednesday night at Yankees Stadium.
