Wind and Rain: Gusty winds are possible with Humberto's most outer bands of rain, with 1-2 inches of rain in some spots.

High Surf: Big, dangerous waves and rip currents from Humberto are rolling across beaches in the northern Caribbean, the Bahamas, and along the U.S. East Coast.
