ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Court documents from the St. Joseph Circuit Court reveal the motion to dismiss, filed by Councilwoman Sharon McBride, was granted Tuesday by the St. Joseph County Circuit Court, regarding a residency lawsuit against her by Brian Collier.
