Clark Lea sees something familiar when looking at Alabama football in 2025.

The Vanderbilt coach told reporters the Crimson Tide offense looks like "that group that they took the championship game at Washington," crediting Alabama 's ability in both the run and pass games, and the "influence of the coordinator" in Ryan Grubb .

When Kalen DeBoer was asked if he sees those same comparisons between this Crimson Tide team and his team at Washington in 2023, he said Lea would be the one to know.
