LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Lexington man is facing multiple sexual abuse-related charges after reportedly manipulating a 14-year-old for sex in 2024.

On Aug. 26, 2024, the Lexington Police Department said that Tre'Chaun Johnson, 30, had been engaging in sexual activity with a then-14-year-old for nearly four months.

In a complaint, it was noted that Johnson would allegedly provide family members with alcohol and marijuana and would attempt to solicit them sexually in return.

Officers said Johnson would tell the minor that their family members were in a sexual relationship and he believed he was trying to "equalize" things to make it "less weird" between them.
