**Teen Stabbed in Broad Daylight: Manhunt Launched**

A teenager has been stabbed on the seafront in Worthing, prompting an urgent manhunt by Sussex Police. The incident occurred around 1:17pm on Marine Parade, where witnesses reported seeing three teenagers, one armed with a knife, pursuing another teen.

The victim, an 18-year-old man, received immediate assistance from bystanders before being transported to hospital with a hand injury. The suspects, described as white and dressed in black hoodies, fled the scene heading west along Marine Parade.

In response to the incident, police have increased their presence in the area and are conducting ongoing enquiries. Neil Walker from Worthing CID stated, “We’re in the very early stages of our investigation and are urging anyone with any information to please come forward.”

He encouraged witnesses or anyone who noticed suspicious activity around the time of the incident to contact the police via 101, quoting serial number 615 of 01/10. Alternatively, individuals can approach officers directly or reach out to the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111.

The police are keen to gather any information that could assist in their investigation as they work to locate the suspects involved in this alarming incident.
