ROBINSON, Texas (KWTX) - UPDATE: The Robinson Police Department on Oct. 1 announced sick raccoons captured and tested last week tested negative for rabies.
“While this is good news, we still encourage residents to be cautious around wildlife,” police said in a Facebook post. “Please make sure your dogs are up to date on their vaccinations, and avoid contact with any wild or stray animals acting strangely.”
The sick animals were picked up in the 700 to 800 block of S. Robinson Drive.
