BOISE, Idaho – Idaho students in sixth through twelfth grade classrooms will have the chance to name a snowplow in the Idaho Transportation Department’s second annual “Name a Snowplow” contest.
The contest starts on October 1 and ends on October 31, with the winning name’s announcement scheduled for the end of the year, according to the contest rules.
One submission is allowed per classroom for Idaho schools. Employees from each of the Idaho Transportation Department’s six districts will vote for their favorites and two will be selected for each district, meaning twelve names will be picked in total.
