WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Two men were in custody Monday charged for taking part in a shooting last month at a clothing store in Luzerne County .

No one was hurt when a gunman opened fire Sept. 13 at Elements Drip Spot, a clothing store on Carey Avenue in Wilkes-Barre. By Wednesday, police said they had both men responsible in custody.

The shooter was identified in a criminal complaint as Tashmeak Harp, who eventually acknowledged to police he squeezed off several handgun rounds at the store because of a dispute with pair of men shopping for shoes.

Another man who was with him, who police said is named Tyquan Smith, was also later arrested and brought before a district judge Monday for arraignment.
