A group of Grey County residents who began helping twin brothers who fled Russia more than two years ago are celebrating after the young men began their university studies in Poland on Wednesday.
And since incorporating as a non-profit organization and becoming a registered charity, the Bluewater Refugee Education Project (BREP) hopes to some day assist others in Eastern Europe facing similar situations.
