The Lower Broadway building housing a Jon Bon Jovi theme bar, restaurant and live music venue has been listed for sale for $130 million, according to marketing materials.

Having opened in mid-2024, the five-floor structure offers a main address of 405 Broadway , with access also from Fourth Avenue South in SoBro (see here ).

An LLC affiliated with Nashville-based Big Plan Holdings owns the property, having paid $9.4 million for the site in November 2020 (read here ) and redeveloping it with the L-shaped building that accommodates Jon Bon Jovi’s Nashville U.S.A.
