The Seattle Seahawks are signing former UW Huskies star running back Myles Gaskin to their practice squad, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Wednesday .

Gaskin, a Lynnwood native who attended Seattle’s O’Dea High School, is in his seventh NFL season. He’s rushed for 1,354 yards and seven TDs while averaging 3.7 yards per carry over his career. He also has 712 receiving yards and six TDs on 102 receptions.

The 28 year old was a seventh-round pick by the Miami Dolphins in 2019. He spent his first four pro seasons with the Dolphins before stints with the Los Angeles Rams and Minnesota Vikings the past two years. He was with the Baltimore Ravens during the 2025 preseason.
