Alexis Bellino disinvited her former “Real Housewives of Orange County” castmate Jennifer Pedranti from her upcoming wedding to John Janssen, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

A source tells us Pedranti received a save-the-date earlier this year, but when invitations went out several months later, Bellino sent her a text instead.

“Shortly after the save-the-dates were sent, Alexis underwent an unexpected emergency surgery,” our source explains.

“Despite everything she was going through, Alexis reached out to Jenn both before and after the procedure to share what was happening. Sadly, she never received a response or any check-in from Jenn during that time, which was personally difficult.”
