TRUCKEE, Calif. —

A solo big rig crash was reported Wednesday morning in Nevada County west of Truckee, California Highway Patrol logs show.

CHP was dispatched around 7:19 a.m. to eastbound Interstate 80 near the Donner Lake Interchange. It was unclear what caused the crash.

The #2 lane in the area is blocked due to the overturned big rig as of 7:57 a.m., Caltrans said. No estimated time for when the roadway will be cleared was given.

Drivers should expect delays and use alternative routes if possible.
