The Catoosa County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating 37-year-old Larae Danielle Smith.

They say family members last spoke with her on the phone on Monday, September 29 around 2:30pm.

She is 5'10 and weighs 189 pounds.

Smith may be suffering from a medical crisis, and if approached, may not request assistance.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lieutenant Todd Pitts with 706-935-2424. If seen, call 911.
