LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - The Webb County Sheriff’s Office has made an official arrest for a popular local social media personality.

On October 1 right before 1 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit, along with the Civil & Warrants Division, arrested Frank Sesario Mancha (Wero Loco).

Mancha, “Wero Loco”, was taken into custody on a warrant for Unlawful Disclosure or Promotion of Intimate Visual Material (State Jail Felony).

The investigation began in late September after a report alleged that sexually explicit images were posted on social media without the victim’s consent. The case was presented to the Webb County District Attorney’s Office, which found probable cause for an arrest warrant. Justice of the Peace Oscar Liendo issued the warrant on September 30, 2025.
