Man found guilty in the death of his 12

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- An Evansville man was found guilty in the death of his 12-year-old daughter on Wednesday.

Brent Bredhold was found guilty of neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury. Prosecutors say his daughter Alice died from ketoacidosis, which is a condition that can develop when one’s blood sugar is not constantly monitored.

Bredhold will be sentenced on October 23.

Alice's mother, Ashley Bredhold, is also facing charges in the death. Her trial is scheduled for February.
