CINCINNATI, Ohio — The Bengals are coming off back-to-back blowout losses and their offense has scored just 13 points in those games.
Some blame has been placed on backup quarterback Jake Browning, who is starting for the injured Joe Burrow. It’s led to questions about whether the Bengals will look for competition.
During his Wednesday press conference, Taylor was asked whether he felt like the team needed to add competition for Browning.
“I don’t,” Taylor told reporters. “I think with every position, we’re always assessing. That’s (Bengals director of player personnel Duke Tobin’s) job. That’s the personnel department.
