Change can be a challenging concept to grasp at any age, let alone while already navigating the highs and lows that come with growing up. So, a parent making the decision to take their child out of a public school system and into a private school setting can come with its difficulties.

But Courtney Williams, director of enrollment management at Lawrence School with campuses in Broadview Heights and Sagamore Hills, and Abigail Steinberg, director of enrollment management at Laurel School in Shaker Heights, both told the Cleveland Jewish News that the road of transition doesn’t have to be a rocky one.
