The Magical Theatre Company, a Barberton-based resident and touring theater group geared toward young audiences, will present “The Third Wave,” a drama based on the true story of an experimental movement created by history teacher Ron Jones at Cubberley High School in Palo Alto, Calif., in 1967 that sought to show how the Germans could have accepted the actions of the Nazi regime.

The show will run from Oct. 10 through Oct. 19 at the company’s theater at 565 W. Tuscarawas Ave. The show is recommended for those 12 and older, according to anews release.

Public performances on Oct. 10 and Oct. 17 will start at 7:30 p.m., while shows on Oct. 11, Oct. 12, Oct. 18 and Oct. 19 will begin at 2 p.m. Tickets are $23 and $25 per person. School matinees are Oct. 14, Oct. 15, Oct. 16 and Oct. 17 at 1
