LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Nearly one hundred employers set up inside McNeese State University’s Recreation Complex today for the school’s annual fall Career Expo.

From energy and construction to hospitality and finance, companies from across Southwest Louisiana came ready to meet with students.

Dr. Tiffanie Goff, Executive Director of Student Success, says the event benefits students at every stage of their college journey.

“We have incoming freshmen who need a chance to start getting connected with what’s available in terms of their career. Obviously, we have upperclassmen, juniors, and seniors who are looking for employers to get connected with in terms of internships, but also opportunities that they can seek after they graduate,” Goff said.
