SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Darrell Martin is in the Minnehaha County Jail today facing ten counts of child pornography. A cyber tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children task force led to a search warrant being served Tuesday.

That's when police and crime lab vehicles were seen outside of a home on Lewis Avenue—the same address listed as Martin's residence on the sex offender registry. As you can see in the video, they appeared to take items from the home.

But this isn't the first time Martin has been accused of the same crime. In 2006, court records show he was arrested for child pornography in Davison County. He entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to ten years behind bars, with five of those years suspended.
