SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) - We are now just one month away from open enrollment season for the 2026 Affordable Care Act Marketplace insurance, but Congress hasn't extended the enhanced premium tax credits, so many people will likely see higher health care costs next year.

Insurance can be a tricky thing for anyone to understand and for people who get it through the federal Marketplace, there are often a lot of factors that are up in the air when open enrollment season comes along.
