BOSTON —
Three rear porches of a Dorchester home were completely burned through after a three-alarm fire tore through the building Wednesday evening, the Boston Fire Department said.
The blaze started at a Beckett Street multi-family home at approximately 7 p.m.
The heavy portion of the fire was knocked down by 7:30 p.m., but fire crews continued to put out flames within the home and in a garage at the side of the house.
