BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- While the Barber Vintage Festival doesn’t kick off until Thursday, participants in the huge outdoor “swap meet” have already staked out their spots.

“My friend here has got these four bikes for sale,” said Chuck Olson, who traveled from southern Minnesota. “I brought some parts but It’s still such a fun time coming down here.”
