Joshua Allen died after being 'hit by train'

So You Think You Can Dance winner Joshua Allen died after being hit by a train.

The 36-year-old dancer - who won the fourth season of the reality show in 2008 - passed away on Tuesday (30.09.25), his family have confirmed.

His loved ones told TMZ the family are asking for "privacy and prayers" in the wake of the tragedy and though they didn't reveal his cause of death, People magazine reported Joshua had been hit by a train.

Choreographer Emmanuel Hurd, a friend of Joshua admitted he was stunned by the news.

He told TMZ: "He didn’t always do things the way that everybody thought he should, but that’s why he was a winner."

He paid a longer tribute on Instagram, in which he wrote: "I can’t wrap my head around this…Josh…my brotha. There are no words. You were the life of the party. You w
