CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Police are investigating a trespassing incident at a cave in Centre County after multiple emergency crews responded to the scene.

At around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1, officers and fire officials were called to Spring Township for a report of two people entering a cave. A third person involved told police that the two had gone in and that they thought they'd heard a scream and were no longer able to contact either of the people who went inside.

A confined rescue team was called to the scene, and both individuals were found uninjured and were removed from the cave.
