PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Police have identified the suspect in a shooting that occurred Sunday morning in Peoria.
Adrian L. Morris, 29, was arrested for aggravated discharge of a firearm, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and two counts of aggravated battery, said Peoria police spokesperson Semone Roth.
On Oct. 1, members of the Criminal Investigations Division and Special Investigations Division took Morris into custody after members of the SID executed a search warrant in the 1000 block of South Gomo Street.
During the search, officers found multiple firearms. Morris was taken to the Peoria County Jail.
