COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- The pain of not making the NCAA tournament last season still sticks with Jake Diebler. The Ohio State head coach recalls not watching the opening weekend of the madness after the Buckeyes missed the big dance for the third year in a row.
"It made me sick, I don't know how else to put it," Diebler said. "Disappointed certainly and the wound was fresh. When you reference last year, it's instantly a reminder of we got to get this thing back to where it belongs."
