TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Florida A&M President Marva Johnson has announced Marcus Burgess as senior vice president of Enterprise Partnerships & Innovation.

Burgess began his position at FAMU on Sept. 29.

According to a press release from the university, Burgess is expected to carry out a strategy to develop FAMU’s public and private partnerships.

“This effort includes advising the president and senior leaders across the enterprise on emerging opportunities and challenges related to partnership development, funding, and institutional positioning.”
