32 Dogs Seized From Suspected Fighting and Breeding Operation in Beaumont

Beaumont Animal Care has seized 32 dogs from a suspected fighting and breeding operation in Beaumont’s North End, following a disturbing discovery that left animal welfare officers and the community shaken.

The case began when Officer Brooklin Moore responded to a report of potential hoarding and dog fighting at a property located on Pine Street. When she arrived, she found multiple dogs tied to heavy chains without adequate shelter, a violation of Texas law. The property owner, who returned during the investigation, admitted to breeding and selling dogs. One dog, found in extremely poor health, was surrendered on the spot.
