LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - We are tracking a serious Lexington crash.

Our crew on the scene says it happened on Newtown Pike just before the ramp onto I-75.

It appears to involve a car and a FedEx semi truck.

Outbound traffic appears to be blocked for the time being.
