GARLAND, Texas — Two Dallas teenagers have been charged in connection with an attempted burglary after Garland police say they rammed a truck into the front of a gun store.
Garland police said officers responded to Lateral Limits, located at 5219 Broadway Blvd., just after 3 a.m. on Friday. There, officers found that a U-Haul had been driven into the storefront, but no property was taken.
Surveillance video showed several individuals involved in the attempted break-in fleeing the scene in multiple cars.
According to investigators, a vehicle used in the Garland burglary was later connected to an incident in Lewisville the same morning. Two teens, a 14 and 16-year-old, both from Dallas, were arrested and charged with burglary of a building.
