COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Two men in Lexington County accused of drug trafficking have been arrested after a narcotics investigation that began in July.

32-year-old Freddie English Jr. was arrested and charged with one count of trafficking methamphetamine and one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, according to arrest warrants.

39-year-old Marvin Mavins has also been arrested for one count of trafficking methamphetamine, according to an arrest warrant.

“Investigators with the Lexington County Multi-Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Mavins last month after conducting a controlled purchase of meth,” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said. “Investigators discovered Mavins was supplied the meth by English.”
