D4vd’s manager, Josh Marshall, has taken to TikTok to defend himself against accusations that he was involved in 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s death.
The teenager’s body was discovered in a Tesla linked to US music artist D4vd – real name David Anthony Burke – who has confirmed he is ‘fully cooperating’ with police as they conduct their investigation.
A video uploaded to TikTok by user Girl Town accused Burke’s manager, Marshall, of receiving an email from a family friend of Rivas with her missing persons report in February 2024, claiming they knew she was living with Burke and Marshall, who were also roommates.
In the comments of that video, Marshall pushed back on this, writing: ‘This video is false and the person is misinformed. This is the only time I’ll speak on this matter
