CHEBOYGAN – Week 6 is here.

Over the opening five weeks of the Cheboygan-area high school football season , we’ve seen our fair share of interesting matchups, and that’ll be the case this week as well.

While Inland Lakes and Cheboygan hit the road for their games , Pellston and Onaway are back at home.

With contests coming this Friday, let’s do a quick preview of each area matchup.

Cheboygan (2-3) at Grayling (1-4), Friday, 7 p.m.

Despite falling well short against Escanaba last week, the Chiefs showed positive signs on the offensive side of the ball, especially during the first half, when junior quarterback Nolan Schley capped off a long drive to help Cheboygan tie the game in the first quarter.
