Shocking new details have emerged in the horrifying sexual assault of a 15-year-old Florida boy by his stepmother.

Alexis Von Yates, 35, was caught in the twisted act by the boy’s father in 2024.

She accepted a plea deal in September, pleading no contest to a charge of lewd and lascivious battery on a child between the ages of 12 and 16. She will spend two years in prison, followed by 10 years of sex offender probation.

Von Yates will now also be on the Florida sex offenders’ registry.

According to the Daily Mail , the nasty nurse and her husband, David Yates, have now separated. The couple married in November 2017 in Marion County and had two children. It is unclear whether the pair have begun divorce proceedings.

The teenage victim was from David’s previous relationship.
