Brooke Shields is returning to When Calls the Heart on the Hallmark Channel!

She will apparently return for three episodes in the upcoming 13th season of the show to play Jack’s mother, Charlotte Thornton. She previously played the role in two episodes back in 2016′s season three.

“We’re thrilled to welcome back Brooke Shields to the ‘When Calls the Heart’ family,” Michelle Vicary , head of programming, Hallmark Media, told Variety . “Her first appearance on the series was memorable for our fans, and we know the Hearties will be delighted to see Charlotte’s emotional and heartwarming reunion.”

By the way, the character of Jack, played by Daniel Lissing , died in season 5.
