Founded by veteran restaurateur Eric J. Greenwald, investor Mark Goldberg and Executive Chef Christopher Brugman, who has earned accolades including James Beard Taste America, a feature in Food & Wine Magazine and appeared as a finalist on Food Network’s  Chopped .
