PITTSBURGH -- Calvin Austin III is dealing with a shoulder injury, and while it is unknown just how long he will miss, the Pittsburgh Steelers have a void to fill in the meantime.
Austin landed hard on his shoulder after a catch, and had his arm in a sling. Head coach Mike Tomlin said after the game he went to the hospital.
“Calvin Austin’s got a shoulder. I think he’s at the hospital being evaluated,” Tomlin said.
Austin has dealt with a few injuries this year, and missed nearly a month with an oblique injury during training camp that allowed others, such as Miller, to get reps with Aaron Rodgers.
