PM convenes COBRA in aftermath of Manchester synagogue attack

Sir Keir Starmer cut short his attendance at a meeting of European leaders in Denmark to discuss Russia’s drone incursions into NATO airspace.

He rushed back to London to chair a Cobra meeting after the Manchester attack.
