NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Nashville SC defeated Austin FC 2-1 in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Final on Wednesday night, snagging the first major professional sports championship in Tennessee history.

In commemoration of their win, Nashville SC will be hosting a free celebration of the victory at GEODIS Park on Sunday, Oct. 5 at 5 p.m.
