Kelly Stafford is calling time out on her podcast.

Kelly—wife to Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford —said she is taking a break from The Morning After for a month to focus on her mental health and her family.

" I have four daughters and a husband, and this podcast is another one of my babies, and I love it a lot, but not as much as them," Kelly—who shares twins Sawyer and Chandler , 8, and daughters Hunter , 7, and Tyler , 5, with the NFL star—explained on the Oct. 2 episode of her podcast. "It has been taking more time than I've wanted it to."
